Cabbage Dumpling Dish

Recipe Modifications
Replaced the wonton wrappers with blanched Napa cabbage leaves, trimming the thick stem end in a V-shape for easier rolling.
Used spicy Italian sausage instead of the original protein.
Added ½ cup cooked rice to 1 pound of sausage.
Mixed several teaspoons of roasted sesame oil into the sausage filling.
Added a splash of Rice Wine Vinegar to sausage filling.
Coated the baking dish with a combination of roasted sesame oil and chili oil before assembling.
Baked at 400°F for 25 minutes, covered with a double layer of foil. Removed the foil and baked for an additional 5 minutes.
Finished the dish with a drizzle of red chili crunch oil before serving.
