Fantastic Focaccia Bread Recipe

Literally thought I killed this dough. Was suppose to get it out of the fridge by 8AM at 11:30 AM realized it was forgotten. 5 hours on my countertop to warm up from a very cold fridge and second rise began... Never give up, never surrender.


Topped with roasted garlic, garlic roasted olive oil, English Thyme, and Sea Salt flake.


This bread is heaven.
