Finley Noodles - The Importance of Quality Ingredients

My daughter Finley and I were in our Downtown Shopping District and went into a Thyme For Eveything, a fantastic home and cooking store. We picked up some great snacks and Rigatoni Noodles.
For those of you who struggle with cooking, keep it simple with quality ingredients. My daughter Finley made the below dish for herself and I stole about five noodles from her. This meal is divine and could easily have chicken or bacon added to it for additional protein.
Single Bowl Recipe :
2 Handfuls of dried Rigatoni Noodles
Boil Noodles as Directed with a teaspoon of salt in your water.
Once noodles are done drain but keep 2-3 tablespoons pasta water.
Return Noodles to pot to combine with set aside pasta water.
Add 1 Tablspoon Butter, stir
1-2 oz cheese, Finley used freshly shredded Paresean and Asiago. Add to pot and stir until pasta water, cheese, and butter combine to make a slightly creamy sauce.
Pepper to taste. We used White Pepper, enough to give the dish a bit of a bite.
